Danish software gets million injection

The Danish company Zoomio has received a “Christmas check” at 5 mio. euro and a new co owner as the investment company Via Venture Partners has joint the owners. The money is to assure a new international sales office every six months and a yearly doubling of the turnover, writes Berlingske Business.
Zoomio is behind the system Zoomio Campaigner that enables clients to perform precise analysis of the effect of e. g. electronic newsletters and other digital communications so that it can be customised according to the clients interests and needs. Last year investment company Vecata, owned by the Dandy family Bagger-Sørensen, invested a two digit amount in Other owners are the founders, the management and Teknologisk Innovation.
The 5 mio. euro from Via Venture Partners are to assure an international approach targeting the markets in Germany, Holland and Denmark. Peter Thorlund Haahr from the investment company becomes new member of the board.
While Zoomio’s product design is in Denmark the programming is done in Islamabad, Pakistan, where 23 software developers work.
